Position
Ms. Fulir is a transactional lawyer with focus on corporate/M&A, regulatory and antitrust/competition law. Her recent M&A experience includes (i) advising an international corporation on the potential acquisition of a pharmaceutical local company in the transaction exceeding 1.5 billion EUR in value; (ii) advising an international bank on the acquisition of a major local bank in the transaction valued at approximately 1 billion EUR; (iii) advising a foreign investor concerning potential acquisition of a local company valued at approximately 30 million EUR; (iv) acting as the Croatian legal advisor for an international corporation on the complex joint venture project in the software industry with the advice extending to due diligence, drafting the transaction documents and advice related to Croatian corporate and securities laws and regulations; (v) acting as local legal advisor for a Fortune 500 company concerning its world-wide spin-off of business in about 100 jurisdictions. Ms. Fulir has also provided legal counsel to a number of major international corporations on various competition law issues, such as merger control as well as advice concerning horizontal and vertical agreements.
