The firm is also known for assisting banks in realising complex security over collateral, and for conducting public auctions for the sale of pledged collateral. Its substantial commercial litigation practice continues to represent Hydro Group and Nova kreditna banka Maribor (NKBM), including successfully representing NKBM in the Slovenian Supreme Court pursuing the return of €4.7m in default interests from the Republic of Slovenia.
