Career
Adel Fouad joined the Firm in 1989, becoming a senior associate in 1998, and a partner in 2003. Mr. Fouad has a wide range of legal commercial experience particularly in the areas of litigation, banking, Company Law and Contract Law. Having spent a number of years as in-house lawyer to various commercial companies, he has acted for banks, insolvency practitioners and most types of commercial clients. This has made Mr. Fouad a seasoned commercial litigator with experience in preparing, conducting and advising in all significant types of actions before all tribunals which the business client may consider using.
