Kelly leads the Cambridge arm of our Commercial Property team. Focused and responsive, Kelly has experience in a wide range of property elements from managing property portfolios to lease acquisitions, licensing premises under the Licensing Act 2003 and more recently advising on academy conversions.

Kelly has particular expertise and a passion for dealing with all landlord and tenant issues and those demanding matters that arise from being involved in the day to day management of leased premises.

Associate Kelly Peck in Cambridge leads the licensing practice at Greenwoods GRM. She is an experienced property lawyer who frequently assists clients with premises licences. Senior solicitor Michelle Cox in Peterborough focuses mainly on property litigation, but her practice also encompasses general licensing enquiries and applications for new licences and temporary event notices, as well as the transfer of licences. The firm handled licensing matters arising from the sale of the Red Lion public house on behalf of its owners, and advised a client in the education sector on an application to vary its premises licence.

Associate Kelly Peck is 'an effective and thoughtful lawyer' and leads the commercial property practice in Cambridge, which works closely with the team in the firm's Peterborough office. She handles a wide range of property work from the management of property portfolios to lease acquisitions.  She recently advised Fairline Yachts Limited on options and lease agreements with a total value of £16m, which included issues with short-term licences and leases, and strategic surrenders. The complex transaction was completed in under five days. She also acted for Solarflare Communications Limited in a lease agreement with a value of £150,000 per year. Associate Neville Drummond, who has 18 years' experience in commercial, residential and rural property transactions, is also recommended.
