Fischer, Tandeau de Marsac, Sur & Associés is particularly adept at dealing with complex litigation. The eight-lawyer team represents several leading industrial clients in commercial and industrial disputes, and is involved in high-stakes antitrust follow-on litigation. The practice also stands out for its expertise in the banking and finance sector thanks to Silvestre Tandeau de Marsac and Marc Henry, who recently joined from Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP. The firm is notably defending banks in highly sensitive financial product litigation; it is representing BPCE in about 300 lawsuits challenging the performance of its Doubl'O financial products. Finally, the firm has experience in Africa-related cases. Cédric Fischer is another key name in the practice, while Tristan Dupré de Puget is also recommended.
