FTMS Avocats' team is capable of handling a large variety of cases, representing French and international companies, including several major industrial groups and French banks, in shareholders’ conflicts, commercial disputes and product liability cases pertaining to industrial equipment. The practice also has particular know-how managing mass claims disputes on behalf of French banks that are being sued regarding their financial products. The team is also active in complex international proceedings.
