Main area of work is within IT, intellectual property law, TMT, labour law and public procurement. Head of the IP/TMT and the labour Law Groups at Hammarskiöld & Co. He is widely experienced and especially active in the IT/telecom area working with regulatory matters, licensing, outsourcing, technology transfer, system integration and M&A. He is legal adviser on a regular basis to a large number of international and national clients.
