Career

Zdravka is a Partner in the law firm, heading the M&A Practice Group. She has significant experience and expertise in corporate and commercial law, private equity transactions, and acquisitions of privately and publicly listed companies, JVs, concessions and corporate restructuring. Zdravka has been the principle lawyer advising major domestic and international clients of the firm in some of the largest M&A, privatisation, and real estate projects to ever originate on the Bulgarian market.

The team advised on the €100m acquisition of Bulgartabac, the leading Bulgarian cigarette maker, by British American Tobacco; Kunze assisted with the due diligence process, the preparation of transaction documents and the negotiations.
