The Vilnius office of Raidla Lejins & Norcous is one of the largest law firm operations in Lithuania, established in 2001. It is part of a team comprising over 100 lawyers across the Baltic region – Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia – with profound experience in various business sectors and legal areas. RLN offices render comprehensive services to local, regional and international entities, including multinational enterprises, international banks, and financial institutions.

In Vilnius the firm employs close to 50 lawyers. In the annual Financial Times/mergermarket European M&A Awards held in London in December 2011 Raidla Lejins & Norcous was awarded the title of the Legal Adviser of the Year in the Baltics.
