During the course of the years, he has gained significant experience in public tenders, both in the selection phase and in the execution of the contracts, and in the areas of building regulations and town planning and proceedings for administrative and fiscal liability. In particular, during his professional activity, Mauro Pisapia has defended causes before Administrative/Fiscal Courts, Civil Courts and Boards of Arbitrators. As regards extrajudicial assistance, he has particularly specialized in the areas of Town Planning and Environmental Law.

Career

He began his professional career in 1991 in the law firm of Prof. Riccardo Villata, with whom he practiced for many years, becoming in January 2000 a Partner of the law firm Villata, Degli Esposti e Associati. In September 2009 he became Salary Partner of Lombardi Molinari e Associati (now Lombardi Molinari Segni), where he has been equity partner from January 2012.

Lombardi e Associati's Carla Mambretti and Nicola Gaglione were the lead advisers to a syndicate of lenders on the provision of a multimillion-euro loan to Cubico Sustainable Investments Group for the construction of a wind farm in Benevento, Italy. Also notable is that Giuseppe Lombardi and others are representing Saipem in two separate lawsuits brought by institutional investors on the basis of allegedly misleading information being provided by the client to the market. Mauro Pisapia and Luigi Pontrelli are other key figures in the group.
