Rated by some as ‘best in class for contentious matters’, Lombardi Segni e Associati spans the entire range of civil, corporate and commercial litigation and provides ‘a service level that is excellent from every point of view’. The team has been defending Pirelli in antitrust litigation before the Court of Milan and represented Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena as plaintiff in two tortious liability lawsuits against Nomura International and Deutsche Bank; arbitration work includes recently acting for Siram in a case pertaining to a damages claim breach of contract brought by Gestione Integrata. Practice head Giuseppe Lombardi and Manuela Soligo are ‘skilled in framing the issue and determined to reach the goal’. Simone Brambilla joined the team from Chiomenti Studio Legale but Ugo Molinari and two other partners left to found new firm Molinari e Associati.
