Position

Partner specialising in EU, competition and antitrust, civil and criminal litigation and arbitration, and intellectual property. Xenophon has litigated on trademark protection, intellectual property disputes, parallel imports and competition issues. He is the acting Head of Department for the Legal and Technical Evaluation of Bills of the Hellenic Parliament, and legal counsel to the Scientific Service of the Greek Parliament (since 1989).
