22 of December 2011 International law firm Integrites provides due diligence of major and potential companies contractors of the Ukrainian office of SC Johnson company on a long term basis. SC Johnson is one of the world's leading manufacturers of household products. 

In particular, under the project there will be performed an integrated audit of the biggest contractors of SC Johnson, engaged in trading activities in the territory of Ukraine, including compliance with current legal framework, and determination of other legal risks associated with the business regulation, litigation and possible bankruptcy of contractors. Upon the audit results the recommendations for SC Johnson on trade with Ukrainian contractors in light of determined legal and commercial risks will be formed.

SC Johnson was started in 1886. Some of its world famous brands are RAID®, OFF!®, PRONTO®, Mr. MUSCLE®, GLADE®, TOILET DUCK® and OUST®. Today SC Johnson operates in more than one hundred countries around the world. Last year the Ukrainian company of SC Johnson celebrated the 20th anniversary of its foundation, being as a matter of fact one of the first highly successful examples of foreign investment in up-to-date production in Ukraine right after the liberalization of the economy of the former Soviet Union.
