SERGEY DVORNIKOV – HEAD OF INTEGRITES’ REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE IN LONDON, UK

January 20, 2010. London. Sergey Dvornikov was appointed head of Integrites international law firm representative office in London (the UK). His major priorities include coordination of the office activities, acquiring and cooperating with new clients, participation in supporting transactions in the UK, as well as in the Central and Western European countries.

With the appointment of Mr. Dvornikov as Head of the Representative Office in the UK, Integrites plans to significantly improve its activity in Europe. It also enhances the establishment and development of long-term mutually beneficial co-operation with many new partners, public institutions, international professional and business institutions.

Prior to joining the Integrites team, Sergey Dvornikov held positions at large American and British companies, focusing on real estate project financing, financial modelling, financial control and audit. Mr. Dvornikov has solid experience in financial consulting, internal audit, international trade, assets and projects management. He graduated from North Dakota State University.

Vyacheslav Korchev, Integrites Managing Partner, has expressed his confidence that the appointment of Mr. Dvornikov would allow the firm to widen its clients' network in Europe and render legal services to the clients more efficiently and promptly.
