The firm
Since the firm’s establishment in 1973 by Prof Yuval Levy, one of Israel’s top litigators, Yuval Levy & Co has expanded greatly in size and fields of practice, while maintaining the professional parameters upon which it was founded. The firm now comprises nine partners and 19 associates, as well as articling clerks. The professional legal staff hold degrees from top-ranking Israeli and American universities, and many graduated with honours, hold graduate degrees, have served as teaching assistants, or have otherwise excelled, and are recognised, in their fields.
The firm represents a myriad of domestic and international clients, and enjoys a strong reputation in banking and finance, litigation, cross-border M&A and capital markets, corporate law, the credit card industry, environmental law, energy projects and real estate. The firm is associated with Guangda Law Firm, headquartered in Guangzhou, China. The firm’s partners have been recognised consistently in the last few years by Dun & Bradstreet, and are regularly cited in Israeli media and professional publications.
