VILDE’s seat in Rome was established in 1999. Its team is composed of highly trained professionals specialised both in litigations in front of the administrative judges (Tar Lazio, Consiglio di Stato,Tribunale Superiore delle Acque Pubbliche) and highly technical legal issues involving main public and private actors of the Italian energy, public tenders, public utilities, urban law and environmental law market.
Given its strategic location, the team is key in assisting with legal issues involving Ministers, central administrations, and publicly-owned companies.
Additionally, the team works in strong connection with the other components of the Firm, on practices that require consultancy to international clients.
