Position
Partner advising a wide range of clients from sole traders and start-ups all the way through to listed plc’s. Extensive experience of leading and assisting on the acquisition and disposal of companies and businesses, with a particular specialism in the healthcare and dental sectors. Christian also advises on general commercial matters such as distribution, manufacturing and supply agreements as well as terms and conditions of business. Christian also provided intellectual property and data protection advice to clients, giving lectures on data protection compliance. Christian looks to find practical and commercial solutions for his clients whilst providing sensible commercial advice drawing on his experience previously as both a company director and charity trustee. He is also deputy president of the local Chamber of Commerce. Examples of recent transactions: acquisition of Imagine FM from TalksportlUTV media; disposal of the business and assets of PTM (UK) Limited to a subsidiary of EnPro Industries Inc; acquisition by CGA Strategy Limited of the on-trade research agency of global research agency AC Nielsen; acquisition and disposal of several dental practices including specialist advice on NHS Contracts; advising on and drafting several substantial supply contracts between clients and several major high-street retailers.
