Our Managing Partner met with Senator George Mitchel of DLA PIPER in New York on Monday 7th. They discussed possibilities of further cooperation between Cyprus and the US and the enhancement of the cooperation between Pamboridis LLC and the DLA Piper Group.

Our Client APR Energy has successfully completed the tendering process of the Electricity Authority of Cyprus and executed a contract with the EAC for the generation and provision of 120Mw commencing in June 2012.

Our Client MM Makronissos Marina has successfully completed the execution of the BOT contract with the Government concerning the construction and operation of a Marina and a Real Estate development in Ayia Napa.

Our team is happy to welcome a new member, Mr Grigoris Sarlidis. Grigoris studied law at the University of Sheffield. He then went on to obtain a Master’s degree in International Commercial Law, and following this, he also completed the Legal Practice course. He is working out of the Limassol office.

Mr Yiango George Yiangoullis has recently left our team to pursue a position with the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Cyprus to Geneva as an Attaché dealing with matters of Intellectual Property Law at WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization). We wish him the best with his new appointment.

1st Cyprus Energy Forum

Dr George Pamboridis, the managing partner of the firm, was one of the speakers at the 1st Cyprus Energy Forum held at the Hilton Park Hotel in Nicosia on 8th December 2011. 

Our firm is happy to announce that, having completed his internship, Mr Prodromos Epifaniou has now joined our Litigation Department.

Mr Panayiotis Dermatis – Mr Dermatis completed a 3 year Bachelor Law Degree in Manchester Metropolitan UNiversity. He is working out of the Nicosia office.

" Ms Harris Christodoulou – Ms Christodoulou studied law (LLB) at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London. She went on to complete the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at BPP, College of Professional Studies. She is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and is working out of the Nicosia office."

Ms Electra Papadopoulou Makedona, a partner heading the Limassol office of the firm, addressed the 6th Annual Cyprus Retail Conference

Pamboridis LLC proudly announces that it proceeds with setting up an office in London in order to facilitate its clients from the City of London but also to cater for a big number of existing clients who use London as their major place of business. The Firm is in the process of refurbishing its London premises at 16 Maddox Street in the heart of Mayfair and expects to commence operations soon.

It is our pleasure to announce that Ms Elina Lambrou joined our firm in September 2010. She will be a Senior Associate in the Corporate Department. Ms Lambrou is a graduate of the University of East Anglia and a member of the Cyprus Bar Association.

Ms Tania Malek studied law at the University of Leicester and she has successfully completed the compulsory training year, at Antis Triantafyllides & Sons, Law Firm, for admittance in the Cyprus Bar Association. Ms Tania Malek will be working at our company management department.

Pamboridis LLC assisted the Athinodorou Group of Companies acting through one of its subsidiaries, in entering an agreement for the sale of 50% of Skyramont Quarries Limited to a subsidiary of the Iacovou Brothers Group of Companies. The contract was submitted for approval to Cyprus Competition Authority.

With reference to the sale of IMCL Holdings Limited to Unifeeder A/S, which is a 100% subsidiary of Montagu Private Equity Fund.
