The firm has advised the largest banks in Cyprus and has handled one of the most complicated loan restructurings which included the set-up of a complex corporate structure, debt for asset swap, and full debt refinancing.

Corporate structures and tax: the firm handles corporate matters such as the incorporation of Cyprus companies, the setting up of branches of Cypriot and foreign companies, advice on double tax treaties which Cyprus has ratified with other countries and the overall governance of corporate structures.
