Areas of practice: Banking, finance and capital markets: led by Evangelos Politis, who has been practising banking law for twenty five years, the firm’s banking, finance and capital markets practice strives for excellence. It has represented Greek and foreign banks on almost all aspects of financing and banking transactions, including bond and syndicated loans and project finance transactions.

Commercial, corporate and M&A: the firm provides a broad range of general business and corporate legal services, assisting clients in the structuring, negotiation, implementation, and operation of their business ventures. TMT (IT and telecoms): Angeliki Saratsi has extensive experience in this field as chief legal counsel in one of the largest IT companies in Greece. Angeliki was involved in all phases relating to the bidding and award of a mobile and fixed telephony license and the formation of the operating company which carried out a €100 million investment.
