subsequent sale of a hotel building in Warsaw
Once again, the law firm FKA Furtek Komosa Aleksandrowicz advised one of Austria's biggest developers listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange, UBM, which, through a subsidiary, constructed and then sold a hotel building in Warsaw to BRE Leasing Sp. z o.o. The hotel is located in one of the largest office and conference complexes in Warsaw, Poleczki Business Park, and will operate as part of the Holiday Inn Express chain belonging to the Six Continents (Intercontinental) group.
The 124-room hotel, which will certainly further enhance the attractiveness of Poleczki Business Park, will be operated by Polish Hotel Company, an affiliate of Espirito Santo Investment Bank BESI, a Portuguese investment bank which also has a presence in Poland. Undoubtedly, the hotel's location close to Chopin International Airport will be an added attraction.
