The former LMR Attorneys lost rainmaker Kimmo Mettällä and litigator Raimo Seppälä to Krogerus and subsequently merged with mid-tier firm Peltonen, Ruokonen & Itäinen to form Peltonen LMR Attorneys Ltd.
