Krzysztof is an arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw. For ten years, he worked as a judge, among others at the Commercial Division of the Voivodeship Court in Poznan.

Krzysztof Żyto is representing the heirs of the former owners of a central Warsaw property in a damages claim against the Treasury and the City of Warsaw for an unlawful nationalisation of the property.
