Oleh Gromovoi nominated to become a Counsel

21 February 2013 Oleh Gromovoi has been nominated to become a Counsel after over 3 years of successful career in AstapovLawyers ILG. He joined the firm in August 2009.

Mr Gromovoi specializes in commercial litigations, intellectual property disputes, mediation, international arbitrations in Ukraine and the CIS countries. He has 10 years of experience representing national and international companies in Ukrainian and Russian high and local commercial courts, and the International Arbitration Courts with the seats in Ukraine and Russia.

Oleh Gromovoi has a successful track record in providing intellectual property right defence, defamation disputes, recognition and enforcement in Ukraine of foreign arbitral international awards and foreign judgments, ADR in corporate conflicts. The key clients he has been working with include Alfa Group, Dogus Group, Soyuz-Victan, Global Spirits, Nutricia, Mabroc Teas, Golrang industrial group, OBI retail group, EFKO, Donetsk Electrometallurgical Plant (DEMZ), PKO/Kredobank.

Prior to joining AstapovLawyers Oleh Gromovoi had practized law with Stolitsa law firm. He had also been Head of Legal Department of a retail group's managing company.
