Eugene Blinov spoke at the Grain Market of Caspian and Volga Regions International Forum “Reset”

The forum was organized by Intellectual Resources Ltd. (Rusmet) and supported by The Ministry of Agriculture of Saratov Region and The Governor of Saratov Region Valeriy Radaev.

Eugene Blinov, a Counsel with Astapov Lawyers International Law Group, spoke at the Grain Market of Caspian and Volga Regions International Forum "Reset" of grain market: building of the future together" organized by Intellectual Resources Ltd. (Rusmet) and supported by The Ministry of Agriculture of Saratov Region and The Governor of Saratov Region Valeriy Radaev.

The Forum took place on August 27-29th in Saratov, Russia. The event was attended by over 200 delegates from more than 10 countries. 

Eugene Blinov spoke about managing of law risks of foreign grains trade in general and GAFTA arbitrage in particular.

The International forum "Grain market of Caspian and Volga Region" is held in Saratov, Russia. Its main purpose is to expand sales markets and consolidation of international relations of Privolzhskiy Federal District and other regions of Russia. The markets in focus are grain (wheat, chickpeas, oilseeds) and processing (flour, combined feed, sunflower oil). The participants are the Ministers of Agriculture, State corporations, agricultural manufacturers and trading companies including exporters from Russia, grains and oilseeds processing companies, associations and unions, transportation and logistic companies, certification organizations, insurance companies, finance organizations, banks, experts and analysts.
