Tumi, who occupied the post of senior legal consultant to AGIP Oil Company for five years, specialises in oil and gas matters and general business law. Prior to the uprising, the firm assisted in the financing negotiations connected to the African satellite programme – Project Rascom – and represented Russian Railways in negotiations concerning the Libyan railway project with the former Libyan government. The practice also advised Cisco on labour law issues, JPMorgan and Standard Chartered on banking law, and Siemens Belgium in litigation.
