Georgeta Dinu is a Partner and Head of Competition and State Aid as well as EU Law practices at NNDKP. Her expertise covers various Romanian and EU competition matters - competition investigations, competition clearance, competition training, compliance of business conduct with competition rules, state aid matters, dawn raid assistance and risk assessments. She also advises clients on M&A aspects such as structuring transactions, preparing and negotiating transaction documents.

Georgeta Dinu joined NNDKP in 2004 and was appointed Partner in 2013.

Georgeta Dinu is a member of the Bucharest Bar and is affiliated with Lex Mundi and SEE Legal, being part of the Competition groups. She is also a member of the Competition Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce.

Georgeta Dinu graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School in 2004 and holds a Master Degree in EC Competition Law, from King's College at the University of London and a Master Degree in International and European Business Law from Paris I Pantheon Sorbonne University.
