Emil Bivolaru is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice at NNDKP. Emil has more than 17 years of highly dynamic and successful litigation activity, representing clients in court and before the Arbitration Court in a variety of legal areas, including tax, restructuring, banking and finance, civil. He is recognized for his outstanding ability to manage complex restitution claims for properties confiscated under the communist regime, civil implications of whitee collar fraud, major commercial litigation and banruptcy matters.
