Position

Valentin Voinescu is a Partner in the Banking and Finance practice at NNDKP. He has broad transactional and advisory expertise as lead counsel for a diversity of financial solutions on a wide range of issues, advising on finance transactions, debt restructuring and banking regulatory matters. He is also an experienced trainer, hosting lectures on banking and finance issues.
