Position
David is a director and specialises in corporate and commercial law, in particular mergers and acquisitions and related law. His experience includes advising large corporations on the structuring and restructuring of transaction, joint venture agreements, mergers and acquisitions and service and operating agreements. David has advised on a number of major mergers and acquisitions. These include the largest BEE transaction in the mining sector, involving Eyesizwe and Anglo American, and the reverse listing of the entire property portfolio of the Mines Pension Fund into Growthpoint, a listed property company.
