Established in 1990, in the wake of the democratic and economic changes in Bulgaria, PM&P is the first Bulgarian law firm to provide a qualified and effective legal service to foreign investors.

Penkov, Markov & Partners is the first Bulgarian law firm to have been awarded a Quality Management Certificate in accordance with the international standards ISO 9001:2000 and subsequently ISO 9001:2008. PM&P is the only law firm in Bulgaria covering the whole territory of the country. In addition to the central office in Sofia, the firm has regional offices in almost all major cities.

Since 2000, PM&P has published the firm’s own newspaper – Lega Inter Consult News, the first and only of its kind, which includes legal information and comment, and is distributed among banks, visitors of the law firm, institutions and clients. The newspaper has a print run of more than 2200, and is published in Bulgarian, English and German.
