Charlotte joined Woodfines’ Sandy office in January 2015 having been a partner at a London firm. She has 20 years’ experience as a commercial property solicitor, acting for individuals, corporate clients and lenders. 

Her expertise includes leisure parks, shops, restaurants and pubs, shopping centres, offices and agricultural land. Charlotte also has a wealth of management experience acting for landlords of shopping centres and industrial estates, dealing with all landlord and tenant issues and also with development projects from conception to completion.


Charlotte lives in a Bedfordshire village, and is very active in her local community.

The firm continued to add to its commercial property team through lateral recruitments, most recently bringing on board senior associate Suzanne Folbigg from Shoosmiths LLP, who has a strong track record handling landlord and tenant work in the retail and leisure sectors. She joins a team with wide-ranging expertise encompassing property finance, acquisitions and disposals, and development work. Practice head Sylvia Goulding acted for Parrott Development on the proposed acquisition of a development site where construction had begun but the contractor had gone bust.
