Position
Partner and joint head of property. With substantial experience particularly in the property and construction arena, she is a property development lawyer with an extensive background of acting for private sector clients and public bodies on public sector projects; invaluable experience in her role which has a particular emphasis on developing the firm’s commercial client base. Jane is also developing a series of initiatives to nurture and support junior talent at Anthony Collins Solicitors and raise the outward profile of its real estate team of over 25 property lawyers. She has previously been involved in some significant projects, amongst which were the regeneration of a deprived area of Liverpool and a £100 million redevelopment of a canal-side area of Lancaster.
