Investigated board member and senior employee grievances, advised charities on high-value pensions disputes with directors, advised two senior managers of a housing association forced to take early retirement, achieving significant settlements of their age discrimination claims and advised various senior employees/directors in dispute with their employers pre- and post-transfer of businesses. Generally, advises on a wide range of employment matters, including employment contracts, personnel policies and procedures, staff restructuring, transfers of undertakings, and disciplinary and grievance issues.
