Renata is specialised in corporate law and corporate finance with a practice more specifically turned towards mergers and acquisitions (national and cross-border), joint ventures, restructuring and financing/refinancing operations of companies (both regulated and non-regulated).
She regularly advises clients on matters relating to capital market transactions, corporate governance of publicly listed and unlisted companies, as well as on various aspects of legal and regulatory duties and liability (including directors’ liability).
She also assists clients in shareholders’ litigation matters.
Renata joined the firm in July 2017 and was promoted Partner in January 2019.
