Career

Partner, admitted 1992. Jean-Paul advises clients on complex issues of cross-border and domestic corporate, finance and securities law. Prior to joining the firm in 2014, he was a partner at Linklaters LLP, Luxembourg for many years. Jean-Paul is the author of various publications in the areas of company and financial law and a lecturer at the University of Luxembourg. He is a member of the Business Law Commission of the Luxembourg Bar.
