Ellex has recently been involved in several landmark disputes and has considerable arbitration expertise. The group represented the Estonian government in a dispute over major administrative reforms and also acted for Telia in a dispute over the acquisition of shares in Eesti Telekom. Toomas Vaher is ‘very experienced and skilled in court and in arbitration and is also a known name for bankruptcy disputes’. Following the firm’s merger with Primus, Attorneys at Law, the team was recently strengthened by the arrival of the ‘very smartAnton Sigal.
