Ellex is distinguished by high-quality standards, extensive experience and leading experts. Throughout the years, Ellex has been involved in some of the most capacious and innovative domestic and international M&A, commercial real estate, and financial transactions in the Baltics and is the first choice for a number of large multinationals in advising projects in the Baltics.

Ellex Raidla (the firms´ name in Estonia) is one of the oldest and the most experienced full-service corporate law firms in Estonia, established in 1993. The firm’s lawyers are very active in legislative drafting and have participated in the drafting of more than 40 laws. Ellex Raidla is one of the few firms in Estonia that is endorsed in band 1/tier 1 categories by all the largest law firm directories. Ellex Raidla was among the first firms to be awarded the Estonian Bar Association’s quality management certification. In the beginning of 2018 Ellex Raidla and Primus in Estonia merged to create one of the largest Estonian law firms and thereby strengthened Ellex’s position as the largest firm across the Baltics.
