Ellex recently advised Daimler on its €175m investment into Taxify, a matter led by Risto Vahimets. Another recent key mandate for the team is its advice to Blackstone on its acquisition of a 60% stake in Luminor Bank, one of the largest deals in the history of the Baltic market. The practice is led by Sven Papp, while new arrivals Ermo Kosk and Gerli Kilusk, formerly of Primus' Estonian office, are also recommended. Other key clients for the firm include Enefit Green, Olympic Entertainment Group and Mandatum Life Insurance Baltic.
