There was a milestone event in Saint-Petersburg in the beginning of 2012. A school offering general education for 285 students was opened in the city on the river Neva. It is the first public facility to be constructed by investors under a public-private partnership (PPP). The Resolution comes into effect on 14 April 2012, superseding the previous rules.
