Position

Stephan Kesselbach is a partner in the Litigation and Arbitration business group. He is also a member of the Wenger Plattner Insolvency and Restructuring team. He provides litigation advice to national and international clients and represents them before administrative authorities and courts, focusing mainly on corporate, contract, and insolvency law matters. Stephan Kesselbach is highly experienced in complex insolvency proceedings. Stephan Kesselbach regularly speaks at national and international events and publishes on topics relating to procedural and insolvency law.
