Partner based in the firm's Zurich office. Specialised in international litigation and arbitration, with experience as counsel, arbitrator in ad hoc and institutional proceedings (under the rules of the ICC, Swiss Rules, LCIA, CEPANI, Vienna Rules, SCC, Tribunal Arbitral de Barcelona, and Corte de arbitraje de la Cámara de Comercio de Madrid) and subject to various procedural and substantive laws, as well as investment arbitration with a special focus on Latin America. Experience in advising parties to international contracts under Austrian law, Spanish corporate law and international conventions. He also regularly advises private clients on international estate planning and inheritance law matters.
