Her practice areas are: international commercial arbitration and investment arbitration, focusing on disputes involving joint ventures, M&A, shareholders, sales, distribution, privatisation and investment contracts in particular in the energy (oil and gas, solar), mining, telecommunications, commodity trading and pharmaceuticals sectors.

Admitted in New Zealand, England & Wales and Geneva, Switzerland; joined LALIVE in 2004; Partner since 2008; practising in dispute resolution for more than twenty years and exclusively arbitration since 2001; experience as counsel or arbitrator in over seventy arbitrations under the main international rules of arbitration and in ad hoc proceedings; formerly with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Paris and a leading business law firm in New Zealand.
