(CDP), further to the occurrence of certain condition precedents, acquired from a company of the Eni Group 89% of the share capital of Trans Austria Gasleitung GmbH (TAG) – an Austrian company owning the exploiting rights to the Austrian part of a gas pipeline bringing Russian natural gas from Russia to Italy. The Eni Group received about € 710 Mio (€ 533 Mio as consideration for the sale of the quota and € 177 Mio as reimbursement of an intercompany loan).
