The ‘young, enthusiastic and professional’ team at Wolf Theiss – in cooperation with local lawyers is advising a regional oil company and a large retail chain on potential acquisitions in BiH. The firm is also assisting Alliance Healthcare on the acquisition of a drugs wholesaler, and Umarex on the takeover of local sports weapons producer Pobjeda Sport d.d. Goražde. Recommended for his international experience and his responsiveness, Sead Miljković leads the practice, with senior associate Dina Duraković Morankić a rising star in corporate and competition law. In January 2012, the firm opened a new four-lawyer office in Banja Luka, with Miroslav Stojanović appointed as managing partner.

Other key clients include German-based companies Sport1 and Eckes Granini, which have both instructed the practice on trade mark infringement claims. Managing partner Sead Miljković oversees the team.
