Sonia Melegou is a partner of our corporate commercial practice. She was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2000 and joined our firm in 2001. Sonia is also a CEDR Accredited Mediator and one of the first 50 mediators accredited by the Greek Ministry of Justice.

Sonia specializes in dispute resolution, real estate, intellectual property and corporate law. She regularly advises international and domestic clients with regard to real estate matters such as the purchase and sale of properties, commercial and residential lease agreements, and sale and lease back arrangements. She has also significant experience in the due diligence of real estate portfolios and regularly advises clients with respect to all issues pertaining to the lawful transfer of title. She also has extensive experience in negotiating and drafting commercial lease agreements.  Sonia represents clients on a regular basis before the First Instance Court and the Court of Appeals with respect to disputes arising from trademark infringement, unfair competition, breach of contract, recovery of debts and claims and tort. She works with multinational clients active in the luxury goods business regarding trademark infringement matters and anti-counterfeiting strategies.
