Position

Catherine is the partner leading the Corporate practice of MNKS and has an extensive experience in advising private equity clients in the setting-up, acquisition or sale of investments structures, targets or joint ventures. Her practice covers a broad spectrum of corporate and transactional matters involving both international and domestic real estate deals as well structuring, financing of leverage and management buy-out transactions, domestic and cross-border mergers, corporate reorganisations, management teams and corporate governance matters. Catherine is also well versed in assisting operational companies running their activities in Luxembourg.
