Position


Katia is a key partner in the Corporate and M&A practice. She is currently focusing on corporate structuring projects involving mainly US clients as well as M&A projects involving Luxembourg-based companies. She regularly advises multinational companies, banks and other regulated companies of the financial sector and some of the world’s leading US e-commerce and telecommunication companies.

Career

Katia, co-founder of MNKS, has been actively involved in the management and direction of the firm since its inception and is part of the management committee.
