Position

Saskia heads the Private Equity practice in the corporate team, focusing on downstream private equity and M&A transactions. She advises multinationals, private equity sponsors and management teams in the structuring and financing of joint ventures, reorganizations, refinancings, buyouts, and mergers and acquisitions. She has a particular focus on the UK and German markets and acts for a wide variety of US, UK and Germany-based real estate, private equity and corporate clients across multiple sectors.

Career

Before joining MNKS in 2014, Saskia practiced in the Luxembourg and London offices of a leading Luxembourg law firm, as well as in the London office of an international law firm.
