The practice’s impressive client list includes the likes of St Modwen Properties and IM Properties, and Nick East acted for the latter in the sale of a portfolio of distribution warehouses. East also handled a number of mandates for Spitfire Properties, including advising on the acquisition of a development site in Birmingham city centre to be used as a high-profile private rented sector scheme.
